Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide correct information, timely approvals and required access or content. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect delivery timelines.

Payments

Fees, milestones and payment schedules will be communicated before work begins. Work may be paused if agreed payments are overdue.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables will be governed by the written quotation, invoice or agreement.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service outages or issues caused by unauthorized modifications after delivery.
